Account Registration
You must provide accurate business information when creating a TrackaBiz account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity carried out by staff you grant access to.
Subscriptions & Billing
TrackaBiz offers a free plan and paid plans with additional features. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Offline Mode Usage
The TrackaBiz mobile app allows sales to be recorded while offline; these are queued on your device and automatically synced to your account once connectivity is restored. You are responsible for reconnecting your device within a reasonable time so pending sales sync and inventory stays accurate.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TrackaBiz only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may occasionally affect availability; offline mode on mobile helps mitigate connectivity disruptions for sales recording.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time via our Account Deletion Request page.
Limitation of Liability
TrackaBiz is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
