On the TrackaBiz mobile app, this also includes sales queued locally while your device is offline, which sync to our servers once you're back online.

How We Use Your Information

Your data powers the core of TrackaBiz: processing sales, tracking inventory, generating invoices and reports, and keeping your dashboard accurate across web and mobile — including reconciling offline sales once connectivity returns. We also use it to provide support, send service notifications, and improve our product.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your data. We only share information with service providers who help us operate TrackaBiz (such as hosting and email delivery), or when required by law. Data within your business account is only visible to staff you've granted access to.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and role-based access control to protect your business data. Offline data cached on the TrackaBiz mobile app is stored locally on your device and cleared once successfully synced.
