How does expiry tracking work?
Each item can carry a batch number and expiry date. The Expiry Management page groups stock into expired, expiring today, and expiring within one week, two weeks, one month, two months or three months, per branch.
What is a family wallet?
A prepaid account for a household. You record deposits, family members buy against the balance (with an optional credit limit), and every purchase is logged against the family.
Can I import my existing drug list?
Yes. Import from a spreadsheet, or our team can do the data entry with you during onboarding.
Does it work offline?
Yes, on the desktop app and the TrackaBiz POS Android app. Sales sync automatically when the connection returns.
We're a hospital with an in-house pharmacy. Is this for us?
TrackaBiz HealthFlow is built for hospitals and clinics: its pharmacy shares the patient record with OPD, inpatient and billing. Pharmacy POS is for stand-alone pharmacies and medicine stores.
