Does HealthFlow verify NHIS enrollees online?
There's no public real-time NHIA verification service, so HealthFlow records enrollee details from the patient's card.
Do HMO approvals happen inside HealthFlow?
HMOs approve requests on their own portals. HealthFlow records each pre-authorization request, its PA code and the HMO's decision.
Can insured and private patients use the same system?
Yes. Every patient has one record; insurance details simply change how their bills are split.
